Long-distance move from Upland, CA to Roseburg North, OR

Moving experience

We moved from SoCal to Oregon in July, the hottest weekend of the month. When we first called for a quote we were treated with respect. We did use a video chat to go over what we wanted moved and then received our quote. We did go over the box limit and paid a bit more but it was reasonable. After reading several reviews we decided to not move old furniture and cleaned out a lot of items to repurchase for the new home which was a better solution. Time and money saving way to go. Moving crew from old home were great and fast even with the heat wave that hit but we provided them with Gatorade, water and snacks. Then, delivery was a breeze and they were great with making sure all items went to the appropriate areas. A couple items were a bit damaged but the insurance company helped with that. We had items that we were concerned could be damaged with moving but they were wrapped with care and made the trip! No boxes were lost. We are all human and if you want special or priceless items to make the trip take them with you like we did, if possible. After watching the movers load and unload the truck we did give them an monetary tip to grab some lunch on the way to their next load. :) They work very hard. Thank you Presto and the many people who were involved to make this happen. Kudos to everyone!

Long-distance move from California to Nevada

Less than 1 star but a negative 10 stars if I could.

I was originally quoted approximately $6000.00 at the end of the day I paid over $10,000.00 but of course, the don't tell you until they have all your stuff in their truck. Then when it was delivered, boxes were destroyed and items were broken, my dryer was dented, my king size bed and mattress were destroyed. Things were untaped and then retaped with the broken items in the middle. They lost several of my items. The claim says you need to leave the items where the movers left them and take pictures..they didn't say take 10 picture of each item. Close ups of the scratch or dent or chip and then pictures from far away. They must be in color, which you have to to pay for if you don't have a printer..and if you do hav a printer, you will have to pay for so much ink since most of my items were destroyed. Upon my signing over the money orders over $5000.00 worth, then and only then did they start unloading the truck..the the Foreman tells me to expect the worst because the reloading of my things is "THE WORST REPACKING JOB HE HAS EVER SEEN AND HE'S BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVBER 5 YEARS". Then they proceeded to chip my floor tiles, make huge deep tends on my banister, and left my brand new carpets filthy. 1 week old carpets had to be shampooed. I called Presto Logistic immediatly, Patrick said to file a claim. It's been 8 months and I am still dealing with the claim. It's cheaper to rent a Uhaul and they direct you to people the will load your items into the truck for you and then in your new location if out of city of state like my situation, they will set you up with people to help you unload. Had I know this, I would of stayed away from Presto Logistic. It was just like flushing $10 grand down the toilet.  .

All 5 Star Reviews Are Fake.

Its obvious that this company is giving itself 5 star reviews because the reviews are either 1 or 5 and cmon who raves about how amazing their movers were? I could write a book about how terrible my experience was with this company but I will try to keep it short.  Everything was fine until they showed up 4 hours late and after putting all of my belongings on the truck they price doubled so I literally had to go into the truck and pull things off that I would leave behind.  It was supposed to take 6 days to get everything out there so I called them 5 days later and no one ever answered my calls or returned my messages.  It was obvious that they were screening my calls because when I finally called the sales guy he put me on hold until I gave up and hung up.  11 days later they finally called me when they were in front of my house and I had to leave my new job in the middle of the day.  They offered me no apologies and have still yet to call me back more than 2 weeks later to answer for what they did to me.  What they do to people is criminal and should be in jail for what they do on a regular basis.  DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Official company response

As a rep of Presto Logistics I know this company to be one that goes a far distance to ensure quality service and the utmost customer satisfaction. The company takes extreme measures in servicing an on-time performance for all of our deliveries. I am surprised to read about this persons experience with our company. In fact, I am not sure who this person is, I have reviewed every contract for moves from California to Texas in the last 60 days, I have reviewed all estimates of $1800 (As stated in quote order by the reviewer). We have NO RECORD of anyone by the name Tyler that moved from CA-TX with a quote order of $1800.00, that paid $4200.00 for their move or that was picked up and delivered in an 11 day span. Is it possible that this is a competitor of ours slandering our company with False claims. Or could it be that we did unfortunately upset a customer of ours and they did not come forth with accurate information of what really happened. If this is the case and a customer lied about their name, move cost, and origin/destination state, then how can we be sure that this is even an honest review. We are more than willing to ascertain the merit and validity of any given claim. However, this claim seems to be completely fraudulent. Therefore I would hope that any customer reading this will keep this response in mind while choosing their moving company.
Also, for the editors at "mymovingreviews.com", please do your due diligence in ensuring that information provided in this review are correct and honest;and if found to be false(which it certainly is) hopefully remove it ASAP.
Thanx for taking the time to read this rebuttal.

Be Very Aware he Will Sell Your Contract.

BE VERY CAREFUL AND PLEASE READ. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. The man's name is David Fimbres. This guys has his act down to a T. He will tell you that everyone else sells their moving contracts but he won't. He will show you photos of his trucks and tell you that no one else will be involved. We hired him even though he was over $1,200 over the next bidder because we believed him. Like I said he sells it very well. He came and picked up the boxes and asked for half of the cost - "cash" - in advance. We gave him the money. We were moving from L.A. to Spokane. He said it would be maximum of three weeks.   Over a month later and after numerous calls, a completely different truck showed up from a different company. He had sold them the contract, exactly what he tells you he doesn't do. They of course asked for the other half of the money (in cash) immediately before they would unload the stuff. Almost every box was broken. Part of the agreement was to put the bed together upon arrival. None of what was promised happened. The people that delivered it said their contract was with him and not with us and he was not told he had to do anything and he also is not responsible for broken dishes and furniture. As far as this new guy was concerned the damage was done on Mr. Fimbres' truck.   We called Mr. Fimbres, and you guessed it, he never called us back. This company is his. The people that answer the phone are an answering service. He will paint a picture that he is running a legitimate company. It is all a front. Do not buy into his act. We did and paid the price. He also has put BBB certified on his card. Yet another lie. I called BBB and they have had nothing but complaints about him. The man is a charlatan. Be aware. Be very aware.

Disgusting Business Practices.

I'm in the military and hired this company based on all the positive reviews to move me from one base to another. BIG MISTAKE. I now believe most of these reviews must be fictional. Once the company did the pickup they no longer returned my phone calls or e-mails. They were late delivering to me by 3 days. You can see foot prints on my boxes with several of them crushed from someones weight. So many items that were priceless to me are destroyed. They broke my motorcycles tail light and scratched it. They damaged two brand new bicycles by improperly storing them and I am still missing 2 pieces of furniture. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and no one will return my calls. Absolutely disgusting company to do business with.

Poor Customer Service.

By using hiring this company - This has far been the worst moving decision I have ever made in my life. I hired this company on positive reviews, which are all lies.  When dealing with customer service people (Grace and Mashsa) both employees are far below standards in dealing with people. When I asked to speak with the manager, that person refused to get on the phone and handle or deal with the situation. That is what the person is their for - is to handle complaints.
Once my property was delivered my 47' inch TV was broken in three places. The same TV that this company charged me 75 dollars to boxed up. They also lost or stole my black brief case which has all my personal information and documents (passport,  military DD214 paperwork and medical paperwork.)
Please be aware of a company that over sale and under delivery their product.

My Wife’s (separated) move from California to Idaho

Hey [NAME EDIT] if your going to add me to a legal contract regarding my wife that I am separated from maybe you should forward me a copy and have me sign it as well. We are separated and she does not have legal permission to sign on my behalf but I am guessing you already know that. Your unprofessional misconduct towards her is unacceptable. You want to name me in a legal contract but you never once contacted me? Not only did she have to incur such heartbreaking damage to the sum of approx $5000 to $6000. But then she had to endure your unprofessionalism. Funny how you never sent me any of your threatening txt. I ecspecially like the one where you said you would up her fee $900 if she mentioned the word attorney. You and your company need to be reported to the IRS for “your must have cash or it doesn’t get unloaded” policy. Better yet how about a good audit from the State of California.

Long-distance move from Lake Forest, CA to Woodinville, WA

Be careful!

Presto Logistics did a horrible job on our move from California to Washington. On moving day, they tried to charge extra for items that had been part of the estimate

causing us leave some things behind due to tight budget. After they left our home, our furniture and possessions were transferred into a very large moving van along with other people’s stuff. Due to the condition of our things, we believe that our things may have been transferred more than once.

On delivery day, after we waited for hours, they finally arrived 6 pm (maskless) and worked until midnight (after taking many smoking breaks and a dinner break) at which time they decided to stop and spend the night in their truck on our street with the truck running and blocked entry to our very small street. Our new neighbors were not impressed.

As they brought boxes off the truck it was very obvious that these boxes had been tossed around like trash. Boxes were upside down and smashed in....at opposite corners -it was obvious how mistreated everything was. At midnight, the driver said he “might not make it back if he couldn’t stay right there that night. They also asked to use our shower at midnight! We had to insist that they at least bring in our bed so we could sleep somewhere before they stopped for the night. The driver and his “helper” girlfriend were homeless and actually lived on the truck. They were both in their fifties and we worried mightily as they struggled with some of our large antique pieces. As we unpacked, we found many items broken inside the boxes, the wheels of our vintage radio flyer wagon were crushed and bent, all of my husband’s heavy workshop tools were all on heavy duty wheels—they all were tweaked, off balance and very difficult to move, my Thomasville dining chair was broken, and so much more!

It was a devastating experience during which I lost items that were very dear to me.

Henry (the company rep) was a good guy but the company itself needs to ensure that people’s possessions are treated with more care and they should vet their delivery people and remind them of the mask mandate at that time! I expected better service and treatment of possessions after paying bill of over $13,000!!!

Damaged Furniture but Refused Resposibility!

The movers, especially the delivery team, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, causing over $5,400 in actual, documented damages. The moving team was rushed, sloppy, and reeked of pot. The Presto driver, repeatedly expressed his embarrassment over the condition of the delivery and promised that his boss, Henry, would take care of it. He didn't! Instead, the insurance company offered $300 in reimbursement and Henry offered to raise it to $700. Paltry sums compared to the total damage. Presto and Henry, refused to take responsibility for their actions, and tried to blame it on our Insurance choices (i.e.- not taking a massive, highly profitable up-sell to pay for their carelessness.) The episode is similar to someone with terrible insurance, smashing into the back of your car, causing major damage, then claiming he is not responsible for anything more that what his lousy insurance company offers. In short, be prepared to spend a ton of money on the move, have the movers damage your items and then be given the middle finger by the company.

Do NOT use Presto!!

This company is a joke! I agree with all of the other reviews about the 5 star reviews being fake! TRUST me, you are better off with ANY other company than this one. Do not believe any of the good reviews. I moved at the end of Feb. and am now realizing some of my things are missing too!! Let's just say that this company has failed in every way. Some of my furniture was dented and chipped but had such a horrible experience I didn't want to deal with the claims process. I went with them to save money and they charged me $1000 more once all my stuff was on the truck. I ended up paying about $2200 for ONE bedroom. A bed, dressers, a bookshelf, nightstand, misc items and boxes!  (and I did ALL my own packing except a large picture frame!) When I complained the supervisor John I think his name was, actually told me that "verbal contracts don't hold up in court, I could promise you a million dollars right now I mean come on" when I told him that I signed with them based on what ABE had told me over the phone. They did remove some of the packing charges (they tried to charge me for 20 rolls of tape.. HAHA! because it was OBVIOUS they had tried to rip me off) I would love nothing more than to start a class action law suit against them! I'm actually going to look into it now that some of my stuff is missing. Do yourself a favor and run away from this company, they will surely screw you over.

Awful Experience -deceiving Tactics to Get Your Business.

After 30 days of research into the transportation services, after reading hundreds of reviews on the subject and checking all sources, such as BBB, Rippoff Report, consumer complaints, I decided to use Presto Logistics for the move of a 1 bedroom apartment, furniture and kitchen items. With a professional, soft spoken voice, Richard, the salesperson, assured me that I will have no problems and my experience will be excellent, he will take care of the transportation from the beginning to the end. Well, that was true until I signed the contract and gave him my deposit. After that, he was nowhere to be found. Any time I called to talk to him, he was on another line, he was not in the office, etc. If you ask for a Manager, that's also not possible since they are also on other lines or unavailable. Here are the facts that make my experience completely unsatisfactory: 1.Deceiving methods to get your business: they understate the charges upfront to obtain your business and once into the transaction and with your furniture on the truck they give you the actual cost. Richard assured me that based on the number of my items, the cubic feet will be 320 and the charge including packing and unpacking will be $1,750.00. On pick up date, the truck arrived 4 hours late, and immediately made me sign several pages, informing me that the actual cost of materials for packing, such as blankets, tape, boxes, etc. will be given at the end. With the furniture in the truck, I was told I have 500 cubic ft., therefore my charge is $2,570.00, a difference of $820.00, a 47% increase in the actual charge. My inventory did not change at all from my initial list, I did not add any new items or requests. The only thing that made the price change was Presto Logistics not disclosing properly upfront, so they can get my business. 2. I paid for packing, unpacking, assembling of my furniture, such as headboard, foot board, coffee table, unpacking  boxes with kitchen items etc. The furniture was dropped off and no unpacking was done. The boxes were left unopened, the bed was not assembled back. The only item they had put back together was the coffee table and they managed to break a portion of the leg, so I now have an unstable coffee table. I also have a hole in my mattress. I was not there at the delivery time and they took advantage of the situation since the property manager had opened the door of my apartment and left them to complete the job. I called and asked for a refund of the money I paid for a service I did not receive, and I was told a Manager will call me back. I have not heard back from any Manager. Does not surprise me !! Now I know why they do not accept credit cards and the only way you can conduct business with them is by cash or money order. I ignored the negative reviews or the Ripp-off reports on this company. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !! I question the validity of their positive reviews. In my initial stages of talking with Richard, I would ask him about the negative reviews and the next day, miraculously,  positive reviews would appear about their company. I like to be fair, so the only positive factor in my experience with this move was the quality of work done by the crew packing the items at pick up time. They did a very good job in packing the items, they were careful and thorough in their workmanship.

Horrible Experience.

I felt that I had throughly researched this company but this proved wrong.  First my furniture was delivered at 11:00PM.  They did not leave my home until 3:AM.  Several excuse were made by the driver before he delivered. ( my items were loaded incorrectly and he would be several hour late.  Then the truck was broke down.   There were items that needed to go into the basement that the workers tried to get out of movinginto the basement.  After several weeks, I am now aware of items that are missing so it must be a lost box.  I contacted the company and thery refer me to a third party to look into my claim.  This has been the most harrowing experience of my life.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  They sound good but watch out. I must add that the moving out experience was great with professional people but the move into my new home was unbelievably poor.

Long-distance move from California to Tennessee

Poor communication, did not do what they said.

We chose presto logistics because they were considerably cheaper than the major companies. Our move cost $5,500 which included the wrapping of furniture but NOT other packing materials. We did our own packing. (Other companies quoted us $7,000-8,000). They were very impressive at first-- the salesman (David) convinced us that they were an excellent company. It turned out that many of the things he said were not entirely accurate/ the company didn't follow through. Once we gave our deposit, everything went downhill. For example: he told us that a king sized mattress needs to be packed in a special mattress box to prevent damage. We paid for the box and packing, but they just used plastic wrap and our mattress ended up ripped. Our vacuum was damaged. Some of the furniture that they were supposed to put back together was done poorly. Their communication was poor and we were left in the dark on many things. They gave us a 7 day window for delivery and it came 2 days after the "no later than" date. Total, the process was 2 weeks.

I could go on and on. We will be filing a claim for the damages.

The one good thing I can say is that the pick up and delivery crews were very nice and hard working.

Long-distance move from Texas to California

Easiest moving experience I've ever had.

Nobody moves every day but if it was possible I would be that guy.. I have moved over 20 times, and so far this has been the easiest experience. I booked my move with Henry and he said he would be available 12 hours a day 6 days a week by phone or email if I had any questions or concerns. He meant it, I had a few updates on what I was bringing from the point that I gave my deposit and the move date. Every time he answered me in a timely manner and was extremely patient. When moving day came they sent a crew that did an amazing job. Most notably Luis who was doing all the paper work with me and was very professional. They sent my stuff from Texas to California in under a week and delivered the stuff with the same level of professionalism as they did on the pickup. I have been extremely satisfied with Prestos service and if and when I move again I will be sure to call them.

Long-distance move from California to Colorado

No better than any other moving company, maybe even worse..

Reading the reviews, I thought Presto would be better than the competition as they claim to be a company of "honest and integrity", however, I found that to be a partial truth.  Please take this for what its worth (i'm sure you'd experience the same pains using other moving companies), but my experience was absolutely awful:   1) I was told that the moving crew would show up on Monday April 2 between 11am-1pm.  They did not arrive until close to 2pm.  After a few hours of the 2 man crew packing, my wife and I noticed they barely made a dent, so in order to expedite the process, we started packing the boxes ourselves (which we did not plan to do as we have an 8 month year old son to tend to).  The movers did not finish til around 12:30am the next day which kept my family and I, especially our son, up later than usual.

On top of that, we were getting up at the crack of dawn to begin our drive out to Colorado. 2)The crew did not pack any of the metal bars for the wardrobe boxes, so we had to shove all our clothes in the boxes (yet still were charged $25 per box) 3) We had a HUGE case of sticker shock when the total amount was twice the estimate.  If we would done a better job in estimating the total amount of goods to be moved, I definitely would have went with another mover as a couple of them gave us in-home total not-to-exceed-cost estimate that was well below what I ended up paying.  In addition, I felt the estimate Henry gave me for packing charge was well below what the actual packing cost would be.  He estimated a $1/cubic foot, in the case of my 975 cubic ft, our total packing charges came to $1201 (it would have been higher if my wife and I had not packed a bunch of boxes ourselves after realizing how long it was going to take). 4) Another big disappointment is the fact that our possessions was delivered later than "promised".  When I was shopping around for movers, Henry stated that if put my deposit down earlier, it would give you guys enough time (around 3 weeks) to set the wheels in motion for delivery date of around 4, give or take a couple days.  According to Henry "it was very doable".

Our stuff showed up in 9 days. 5) The crew scuffed and knicked up some walls when moving the furniture into our unit 6) My wife was home w/ our son when the movers came, and the movers were talking about a co-worker who just got out of prison, and one of the crew made a comment of how he is glad he hasn't been to prison YET.  These types of comments do have me concerned and worried about my family's safety when my wife is home alone with our infant son with the movers. 7) My wife was bottle feeding my son, and the head crewman, who just smoked cigarettes outside the entire time, asked why my wife she doesn't breastfeed.  THAT IS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS! 8) The 18 wheeler wasn't able to get to our unit so they had to rent a u-haul truck (tack on another $540 to the moving bill) and he parked the truck in front of our neighbor's driveway and refused to move the truck when our neighbor came home, where she was forced to park in the street.   Of course, when I stated my complaints, after I paid in full, the response time to my emails turned from 48 hours to 2 to 3 weeks.  I had to follow up on my complaints to get their attention, otherwise I would have gone ignored.  The did promise me a $100 refund for the lack of metal bars on the wardrobe, but the check has gone MIA.

I Would Not Recommend This Company to Anyone!!

Moved from California to North Carolina on May 3th 2012. I was contacted by Presto Logistics by phone, after recieving many calls from different companies and most were either unlicensed or out of my budget. I looked at reviews for them and saw that they had pretty decent reviews on they website. I just want to say that I WOULD NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! On the day of the pick up they didn't charge me for the flight of stairs at my apartment even though I was about 8-10 steps over the limit (their limit is 12) they said it was no problem and that as well on delivery it would be free of charge. The pick up went very well the movers were very nice and respectful and moved/packed my belongings very quickly. I was told by the mover at the time of pickup that it would take from 7-10 days for my furniture to arrive to NC,i thought that would be great since I was leaving a week after.I got to NC on May 9th and was stoked to arrive to my home and await my furniture. I called PL to see when they aproximately would be arriving..they still hadn't left California,BUT that my stuff was packed up in the truck they were just waiting to leave.I was told I would be contacted when the truck was on route to keep track of them. About 3 days later I got a call that they were in New Mexico and the truck had broken down..and that it would take a couple days for the part that was needed to get to them.A week later..I called the office to see what was going on, NO ONE could give me a direct answer,i just kept getting transfered to different people or my calls wouldn't get answered. In the end it took exactly 21 DAYS for my furniture to get to me,and I was told that I couldn't get a refund since they have exactly 21 days to get the furniture to you..all I got was a 150 dollar discount, but I was still charged for the flight of stairs at my place in NC,several boxes where ruined, dishes were broken,DVD player was broken, they ruined my bed frame and left parts hidden under the frame and didn't bother telling me about it,they did a very poor job on assembling the living room furniture. It seemed like they were in a hurry just to get the money and leave.I contacted the office to get reimbursed for the broken items,i emailed them pictures like I was told to do and that I would get money back..its been a little over a month and still no response.Like I said before I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Local move within Texas

Be very careful with this company!!

The move itself was decent. They try to charge you extra for stuff you don't need. And when you get your stuff it's scratched and dented. We had a box missing. It had a computer and an iPod in it plus really important paper work that had old bank statements and hospital papers and medical papers ect. They delivered and some how after three different people counted still missed that box. A few months later a fake check is deposited into my husbands bank account that no one could have known about without seeing that paperwork. Numbers matched and signature was somewhat similar but hard to duplicate. All the delivery men looked sketchy so who know it could have been them. When you call the claims department all I have to say is good luck! They are as sketchy as the drivers/delivery guys!! If you have to use a moving company do not use them. You will regret it!

Long-distance move from Florida to California

Terrible!!

We were misled and lied to by Presto, spoke with Abe on 12/20 and went through our quote from Mayflower who conducted the survey of our home, I was told by Abe he didn’t have anyone in the area who could come do a survey, so sending over Mayflower’s was good. He reviewed the survey and called me back to discuss, we went through the items, I received the price for $4,900. I asked numerous times, “Would this quote go up?” and was told it would NOT based off the survey of inventory sent. We added nothing to the inventory. Once the truck was packed the volume went up from the qouted amount, the charge for packing material more than doubled. This resulted in a final charge being 57% more than the qoute.  I tried to contact Abe as soon as I was aware of the increase (my husband was at the house during the packing).  Abe didn’t return messages.  On the day the material arrived we were able to force Abe to talk about our issues.  Abe was unable to help at the time; he hadn’t recieved the inventory from his driver.  We had a commitment if we paid the balance Abe would keep the conversation open regarding resloving our issues.  He comitted to contact within 72 hrs; it has been 3 wks and we’ve not recieved a call.  I once again would like to reinforce that Abe comitted numerous times the price wouldn’t increase!Legally if your quote goes up by more than 10% you don't have to pay the full amount until 30 days, so you have time to work it out with company, they did not allow this and made us pay the full amount in cash before they would unload our items. We are working with better business bureau and an attorney on this issue currently. Also, most the boxes were only packed with 1-2 items and we were charged per box and space and they weren't properly packed. We also were told our items would be picked up on 1/2, I called on 12/31 and was told still on for 1/2 and would get a call on 1/1. on 1/1 at 6:00pm still no call, I called and was told they would be at house next day, 1/2 between 12:00pm-2:00pm. I had an appointment during that time, so asked a family member to come to house and wait. I get a call at 12:40pm on 1/2 that the truck would be there the next day!! We had to be out of the house that day, this caused us an extra day's rent and a night at a hotel due to their lack of communication.Do not believe the other reviews, as most of them are probably from employees of the company. I would NOT recommend this company at all, they are very misleading and fraudulent.

Long-distance move from California to Alabama

Very Helpfull moving company.

Move from california to arkansas.

I had my belongings picked up in california about 2 months ago by presto. I didn't have a place in arkansas yet so I was staying by my parents. They told me that I can keep my stuff in there warehouse in california for free for the first month and I should let them know when I get a place in arkansas. After the first month I realized my search wasn't going well so I called them and extended. They were very helpful and told me not to worry, just let them know when I get an apartment. in the next few weeks I finally found a place and called them. They told me they had a truck leaving a few days from then and my stuff would be on it. After a week I got a call from the driver and he told me he would be there the next day. They showed up on time and with everything in great condition. It was very pleasant dealing with presto. .

I Will Recommend Presto Logistics to Anyone!

Pack it up! I cannot express how awesome Presto Logistics were in hooking me up for my move. First off, I wasn’t even there when they picked up all my stuff, nor was I in my new place because of a crazy travel schedule from work. They were able to move my 2-bedroom home in a few days and set it up just right. I cannot speak enough about how much that meant to me and how much care they took in ensuring everything would be okay, I had some pretty priceless pieces that they treated as if it were their own. I will recommend to anyone moving locally or nationwide as well as use Presto Logistics again!

Long-distance move from California to Delaware

Exceptional Service.

I had such a nice experience with my movers I felt it was necessary to share. Being skeptical of movers is something I feel everyone goes through so when I was choosing my mover I wanted to meet with someone face to face before I signed up. Henry came out to my house and did a walk through. He had his sales department contact me to go over the move details. abe was so nice on the phone giving me all the details and they were very reasonably priced. Henry then came out again on the day of the move with the crew to oversee everything. His estimate was mostly accurate except some of the packing material That he estimated but they used a bit more. The delivercoughs were also very nice, clean, and quick. Like I said, exceptional service. .

Long-distance move from California to Maryland

Quality Job.

Just got my items and I told my rep that I would write a review regardless of my experience so here goes..
I move a lot for my job and usually a good moving experience for me means minimal damage and no more then a couple weeks for the delivery so this move was a great surprise.
The company was refereed by a coworker who had been relocated from Texas to California and he mentioned that they had a base in California so I called to get a quote. I spoke with Henry at the office who was very informative and even though I was sure I could estimate my own move with all my prior experience he said it would be better if they could send someone out to do a inspection.
Ryan came out and spent a good amount of time with me, letting me know about their services and making me feel much more comfortable that I would be in good hands.
I opted for a full packing service since my company was footing the bill :-) which made prepping for the move a lot less stressful.
On the day of the move a tractor trailer showed up with a crew of guys and all the material that they needed. I was concerned about my curio cabinet and some of my collections but everything was properly bubble wrapped and packed and it made the 3000 mile journey just fine.
My stuff came to Maryland 13 days later and this was the quickest of the 5 moves I have done so far and I have no complaints on the crews they sent out.
I expected at least a few dings and scratches but I was pleasantly surprised to not find any and all my boxes showed up as well.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I do plan on using them for my next move.

Long-distance move from California to Georgia

I just wanted to say how great Presto did on my move.

I just wanted to say how great Presto did on my move. It went a lot smoother than I could've anticipated and I wanted to recommend presto to anyone who needed a good mover. I don't remember the names of the crew men that came to my home but in California and in Georgia they were excellent workers through and through. Once again much appreciated. Value for my dollar.

Long-distance move from Texas to New Jersey

Elite Level of Service.

Patrick was a huge asset in my families recent move.  When we left Tx to head back to NJ, he made it all sound so easy.  Weird thing is that it actually was.  He knew exactly what we wanted and made every step easy.  He included all the materials needed for the job and didn't try to hit me for more money along the way. He quoted a price, and that's what we paid.  Very Professional! He was in contact w us the entire way and made a follow up call when the job was finished. I even had his cell phone number to call him directly if I had any concerns. This company and our rep were top level!  Thank you guys.
